All Televisions/Projectors are Non-Returnable unless there is Freight Damage in which case we will gladly exchange the product for you. Manufacturer Defects are the sole responsibilty of the consumer and Manufacturer.

All non defective merchandise except for Televisions/Projectors may be returned within 14 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fees do not apply to defective merchandise that is being replaced caused by Freight Damage.

In addition, please note that due to the cost of Yahoo Fees and other charges involved , Cancelled Sales will also be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%.

OUR 14 DAY RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND PROJECTORS/TELEVISIONS. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEM AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY. ONCE SIGNED, A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED - NO EXCEPTIONS.

* Please note that most Televisions and Projectors received DOA (Dead On Arrival) are subject to Manufacturer Warranty Rules and Regulations. They will be serviced under their agreement ny bringing it to an authorized service center. However, some manufacturers offer an on-site in-home service and require that they first perform a site inspection to determine the extent of the defect, at which point your display will be repaired or replaced at their discretion

All Special Order items and Extended Warranty Plans are not returnable / Non-defective refused goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus all shipping charges incurred to and from original destination.

VISIBLE SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. CONCEALED DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. ELECTRONIQUE PLUS/ELECTRONIQUEPLUS.COM WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER 24 HOURS.

Returning products with the warranty card completed or goods not in their original packaging will be refused. All our products are insured for safe arrival.

All returns must be in a resellable condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cartons cables, and documentation, warranty materials and registration, and like-new condition of the of the merchandise and packaging materials.
